Your problem is that you think too much and do too little. You could know everything there possibly is to know about anything, and still be a useless NEET because you're unable to translate the ideas in your head into real life application. You are caught up in idealistic fantasies about how things /should/ be instead of putting forth the effort to shape your immediate environment. You sound like you're stuck at a 3 or 4.
