She'll have a good time. Israelis are pretty good people. I worked there for a while and was walking home pretty drunk. A party was on a balcony and I looked up and said "I'm a drunk American, can you tell me how to get too..." They invited me upstairs and I partied with them. The people in Israel are great.

When I was in Bethlehem I had a Palestinian as a guide. It was a fantastic experience. Jerusalem is divided into 4 quarters..Armenian, Christian, Muslim, and Jewish. Pick one for a tour guide.

The reason I mentioned a Palestinian is because their history/religion is part of all quadrants. Jesus is a prophet to them as well. Just not a God or son of God as Christians believe. Figured his mom may get more out of it w/ the broader perspective. But she will be passed around the country on a bus w/ a bunch of other people. She won't have a lot of control over her experience.
