A coloured eye on black and white film would look greyish around the iris, causing the iris to be vividly seen in the centre of the eye. A truly black or brown eye would not turn greyish on black and white film and would blend in with the iris.
Hence, since all pictures of Hitler (originally all black and white) show his eye as being the same colour with iris and all, we can safely assume he did not have coloured eyes and had deep brown/black eyes.
