some type of trade.

aircraft mechanic, or electrician are among the top ones i know of.

Elevator inspector

Millions of options. Most profitable is almost always self employed when you're less educated.
you can make huge money selling your time and expertise. A lot of self made millionaires did it that way.

Whether you make a website and learn to run a good ad campaign and sell Chinese products with a dropshipping model, or you learn web design and build and sell websites.. you don't actually need much but a working brain and willingness to learn in today's world.

Heck.. go buy a bucket of cleaning supplies and advertise a maid business, but when customers come go hire some woman to go clean the house and take half the money.

The biggest lie was you have to work hard to get rich.

That's how people like me make money off of hard workers who think their day is coming.

Manual labor or a trade. Stick to something, develop your skills, and rise up the ladder.

Get hired by Boeing. Literally the last company in the entire country you can work for without a college degree or any other education and make well over 6 figures.

>Most profitable is almost always self employed when you're less educated
I'd fully agree with this one. Many times, very educated people outsmart themselves by just going for a regular job without even thinking of other options. Ironically, it's mostly the people that can't "make the cut" that go for self-employment.

Drug Dealer
Pimp

Or you know, people don‘t want to work 100 hour weeks to maybe go broke.

IT guy.
I was making $112k per year after 8 years at one company in California.

Server and network guy.

Certs help with getting more money.

teach me your ways, not op

I can second this. Cisco Security + and you're golden

Yea spend about a year to get your electrician license, then work for Caltrans(commiefornia). We start you off at 90k and you top out around $125k(20 years). Good benefits as well. There are risks tho, but if you do die it would be 100% painless since you'd die instantly. Chances are if you're careful and wear your safety equipment you won't die.

not op but what if you hate engines? I do like boats though.

Joking or for real?

How do you rise up the ladder as a welder?

>welding
Try picking literally any other trade

Exactly! Thank's for confirming my desire to quit my job. Das thing is I'm doing welding to finance my college degree in medical engineering and I need something to replace it if I leave. Don't know If I should go to school 100% and hope for a scholarship or keep working 30% and school 70%

If you want no further education at all and just have the basic capabilities of an average joe your best bet is shit like military or paramilitary jobs. 50 to 60k is what you have to look forward to like that. Its not a bad path, you can have all the nice things you want but you wont be excessively rich or anything.

If you do have some sort of skill then you invest in that. Put it on youtube, create some non youtube shit and sell it for your price. Sometimes you make millions like this, sometimes you make a (para)military guys yearly income but it doesnt get any benefits such as insurance or a retirement plan and sometimes you make such jackshit it becomes just a hobby while you work ar walmart.
