>The messages show neo-Nazis from Europe and the US - hiding behind pseudonyms - engaging in racism and misogyny, glorifying violence and cruelty, and discussing the production of propaganda. is any of that a crime?
Dylan Russell
Not as far as I understand the law. There are laws that are to do with offending people in the UK but I can't see how this can apply to private chat. The laws on this are so weirdly worded that both everything and nothing is a crime. If you lawyer up and don't incriminate yourself during a police interview you'll get away with it.
Joshua Jenkins
Looks like a bunch of glow in the darks snd Slavs. Daily reminder the government is trying desperately to construct a literal nazi far right (however small, literally 10 europe wide here) to also ban alongside the hundreds of thousands strong Islamist left in order to cow people into the deracianted, atomised, Goyim slave caste centre.
there's all kinds of legal thresholds too before it becomes a criminal matter. Most of the hate speech stuff is "prohibited by law" and NOT a criminal act so it becomes this weird thing where you can only get a fine. As far as I understand it you have to either be actively plotting or trying to encourage other people to commit a criminal act but it has to be proven that it was realistic. So saying something like "Harry should be killed because he's a race traitor" doesn't work because it's unrealistic.
>Be BBC >Send details of police informants to the police >Be happy they did their civic duty
Christian Collins
Theyll stick you on trial and make a jury so offended by your online comments theyll send you down for 10 years on terrorism charges
This is unbelievably fucked
Theyll scare most who have no legal knowledge into just pleading guilty aswell
Brayden Jackson
>violent image >its a screenshot of text BBC should all be lynched
Jace Hughes
Um, it's state run news........
John Powell
The whole metoo thing was to usher in laws which can lead to a charge on hearsay, no evidence and let the media determine your guilt
Surley im not the only one seeing this?
Zachary Jackson
What?
Luke Russell
The BBC is controlled by the state. They are nothing more than a propaganda mouthpiece. It’s funny watching plebs laugh at North Korea’s state run news and the shit it spews, then turn on the BBC for the “actual news” Tbf, there isn’t really a major news source that’s not controlled.
John Evans
You do realize that Neo-Nazi larper are potentially dangerous, just as Islamists are? They dont just hold political opinions but have a 'call to action' to kill people -hence why they are shut down.
Also, the BBC is a STATE owned and run institution. GCHQ and the BBC are one and the same. Stop worrying about the pathetic seej fags.
The point is you are paying for it to destroy yoyr own country
The power is entirely in the peoples hands to stop funding it. Just dont fucking pay
Andrew Ross
>The power is entirely in the peoples hands to stop funding it. Just dont fucking pay That's illegal user. Unless you're never going to own a computer, tablet or TV?
Jason Thompson
If enough people stop paying for the license it will just become a tax.
Elijah Cox
Oh please, you just have to say you dont watch bbc live
Not only that, bbc advertises itself as impartial, that is a falsley advertised product
If you want to go even deeper, look into top gear and how car manufacturers would pay and make donations for good reviews.
There are a ton of things you could destroy the bbc with if you put a little effort into it
Kevin Kelly
Good, thats when everyone puts on their hi vis
Matthew Johnson
Yeah, it stinks when a public source of news is parti- OOOOH forgotten mummies of egypt
Ian Edwards
Can someone archive , bbc is blocked here
Robert Murphy
>Oh please, you just have to say you dont watch bbc live I thought if you have any device capable of playing BBC you need a licence? Also I think it's ironic if you dont pay the TV licence you can go to jail and watch TV without a licence.
Cooper Gomez
You dont really go to jail mate its a scare tactic
The courtrooms are even rented by the bbc to make it look official.
Of course youll go to jail for anything if you consent to it
And yeah the license is just for live broadcast watching
Tyler Ramirez
>Of course youll go to jail for anything if you consent to it >consent Dont tell me you fell for the Freeman on the land meme??
John Brooks
This is why you use a VPN kids
Jack Jackson
The freeman of the land stuff is disinfo, the common law "strawman" stuff is legit
You are only your paper counterpart if you assume it in court
MR FIRSTNAME LASTNAME is not Firstname, the man
Austin Thompson
Sadly, I don't think the UK has it in them. If they did they would be doing it over the dicking they are getting with Brexit.
John Richardson
They will be donning the yellow jackets sunday m8
Jaxson White
that's bullshit. My first year of my degree was doing an LLB before I switched out. What you are talking about is 'Legal personality'. There is no basis in common law or statute to separate Legal personality from the person. Unless you can quote me case law.
Grayson Perry
Well i always get out of fines and debt with it so i think ill stick to actual results and not some approved curriculum thanks
Angel Diaz
>Well i always get out of fines and debt Based on what legal principle do you get out of fines and debt? Also what type of fine civil or private?
Brody Wood
Private, i had a stamp made with "addressee not reckognised, no contract, return to sender" and i just pop it on the letter and stick it back in the mailbox
Never hear from them again
Gavin Lewis
So basically they cant identify you -that's how you get away with it.
Samuel Lee
Because i dont assume the identity, which is what ive just been on about this whole time. Arnt you supposed to be clever?
Angel Richardson
Dont write 'no contract' this just make you sound like a 'freeman' nutter. Just write no such person at this address. If they can't identify you they can pursue you for the debt or fine. Although it potentially still remains in force for 6years.
Looks like they got em, the ages and locations match up.
You really do need a license for memes in the UK.
Matthew Thompson
No user. Trust me you're wrong on the not assuming the identity. If British Gas wants to chase you for 500quid you owe, you saying you dont own the 'legal fiction' of Mr Smith, is not going to wash. You're an idiot if you think it will. I meant that in the nicest way.
Owen Lee
Contracts are assumed until explicitly revoked or the letter has been "opened"
The whole idea behind it is to never identify as the paper counterpart. Its obviously trial and error but working for small things si far
Tyler Garcia
But who the fuck is mr smith? Im just a man
Dylan Flores
Its the same as with an ip address. Thats not you until you say it is
Evan Perez
Mr Smith is you. I’m more interested in this writing on the envelope business. Seems like a good way of getting them to fuck off
Jayden Cooper
Google "meet your strawman pdf" its very very old now so looks a bit ridiculous to take seriously but its interesting
Henry Stewart
>Contracts are assumed until explicitly revoked or the letter has been "opened" Im not sure what you mean by this? A contract is could be anything you've and another party have agreed to. It's binding from it's inception, not the moment you want to cherry pick things.
Of course you're just a man. But there's also a legal Personality (LP) of you, which contracts with others and the state. That doesnt exist anything in the current framework to disengage yourself from your own LP. Just keep ignoring or saying you dont live there will work, until it doesnt, because they find another way of identiying you like the Electoral roll -which is illegal not to put yourself down on/
Evan Thomas
I know all about the kind of stuff spouted by people who wrote that. It's mostly wrong or very misguided. The law is already a massive ass, and you can shoot yourself in the foot with this nonsense.
Camden Phillips
Fuck the BBC, it's a state-funded kike propaganda tool
No mr smith doesnt physically exist. Its like a limited company.
Ever had a business bank card and a personal one?
Your personal one will have MR JOHN SMITH on it, your business one will have
SMITH FINANCES LTD and JOHN SMITH
Alexander Cox
I envy you, it should be blocked everywhere.
Ian Bennett
Kek
Jeremiah Robinson
>one post by OP 900 shekel on op is a faggot bbc intern trying to advertise this shit. mods, rangeban uk
Landon Young
>No mr smith doesnt physically exist No it's a Legal Personality associated with someone who is a man, or a company etc.
Ayden Lewis
>Obviously a not so private chat
Ryan Brooks
What man is that? You cant possibly know until someone claims it is them. If you were right then i wouldnt be able to assume my neighbours paper identity and pay his bills, but i can if i wish to do so
>If you were right then i wouldnt be able to assume my neighbours paper identity and pay his bills You're not assuming their identity paying their bills, unless you are actually are pretending to Mr Brown the next door neighbour? The only way you can do actual assume Mr Brown's Legal Personality is via 'Power of Attorney', which gives you limited ability to act on their behalf.
Noah Thomas
Is the guardian still available in print, I thought it was only online now?
Kayden Davis
Youre stuck in legal land. I am assuming his paper counterpart by paying his bill and the company accepting payment is happy with who that is, transaction complete. Not everything is done so seriously
Alexander Rodriguez
No I think its still going
Carson Hernandez
>legal land >Not everything is done so seriously That's true. And neither should it be. You can strip away all Statues and a most case laws and be have a basic scaffold that upholds, just 'no stealing, murder, or rape' , and you've got all the laws you need. Some say you can condense this further to just 'no stealing' since murder is stealing a life, rape is stealing chastity etc.
Maybe it was the Independent then that's no longer in print.
Jayden Jenkins
>"See ya later race traitor"
Just imagine being all fucked up in a ditch and hearing in a cockney accent. I'd die laughing.
Brody Morris
You live in 1984 land. Maybe we should have a republic in Australia so we dont get your pozz.
Connor Reed
Ah this must be why cuckolding is your number one searched porn result
Evan Diaz
Just get rid of your TV. You can watch movies on a computer.
it's never gonna happen. same with canada, nz, etc.
Cameron Green
The UK is fucked. You need to gas the jews or get the hell out of there.
Grayson Long
Stop forming groups, it's not hard to follow. It's always the youngsters that get caught when they try forming some C18 wannabe. Listen to the old timers, they say it time and time again.
Ryder Cox
>Private messages between members show the leader stating that police officers should be raped and killed. >Private messages BBC either gained unlawful access for the purposes of subversion, in which case their evidence will be thrown back at them, or they think that an open Discord lobby is 'private'.
TAKE IT BACK WITHHOLD THE TAX. DON'T BE A DWEEB FUCK THE BEEB
Juan Hall
in third world shitholes like the UK yeah
Matthew Miller
>The messages show neo-Nazis from Europe and the US - hiding behind pseudonyms - engaging in racism and misogyny, glorifying violence and cruelty, and discussing the production of propaganda. Sounds like an rap album to me
Zachary Hughes
What is BBC business what people say in private anyway?
Jayden Hughes
It says in an article the American division was involved in killing a Jewish teen.
