Agreed, but it should be better meat. Not the processed trash we usually consume. Don't get meat from cows that spent their live in cages. Ideally eat meat from wild animals. Caged animals are being fed with growth enhancing stuff and loads of antibiotics. You consume their poisoned meat and weaken your body.
