This is something I never realized growing up. Just how expansive that massive 50 year space of time between your mid 20s and end of life time really is. Have a family, its the only project that will return dividends and eat up enough of that time to keep it interesting.

39 years old here. Stay the fuck away from opiates! I had my own business. I was very successful and then I hurt my back. Doc was actually one of my customers and he promptly prescribed pain meds. I turned into an addict and spiraled out of control. Lost biz, house and almost my family. Took the suboxone and got cleared up away from the life and turned around financially etc. I quit suboxone using kratom. Now I’m addicted to kratom. TL;DR I threw away my best years chasing fucking pain meds. I never used heroin, but I heard it’s brutal. Stay clean and enjoy the energy you have at that age

31 years old here. Run a company, have a little house in North Kansas City, live alone with my fiancee. What I've found is accomplishing things kills boredom. Even little things, or stuff you meant to get around to but never did, it all counts. Is there something you want to accomplish, user? Go for it - no time like the present.
