Actually, yeah. Back when I was in middle school (over 20 years ago), I remember most girls weren't that developed and were still pretty childish, physically, but as well as in their personality and the way they dressed, they didn't show any skin, they were always wearing jeans and tennis shoes, even in summer. They didn't wear make up. Relationships with boys were pretty much unheard of, and the few there were never involved sex. Of course there has always been one or two adult looking bitches who dressed and acted like whores in every class, but they weren't the norm.

Nowadays, whenever I pass a middle school, I only see women. They have the same age as the children I used to be with, but they are women, physically, dress like whores, showing as much skin as possible, with revealing dresses and sandals in summer, short skirts, stocking and high heels in winter, always covered in make up, trying to be as sexy as possible. They talk only about relationships and casual sex. They basically come to school to show their body and find sexual partners.

Depends on what you call modesty. Fashion of the 1920s would be considered almost sharia by us now, but at the time there was still advocates for women to dress more plainly.
Go back to the 1850s and women had gone so nuts with crinolines, bustles and corsets in their effort to accentuate their bodies that there had to be an actual clothing reform.
Every generation has pushed the boundaries in their own way, both women trying to sculpt themselves into something more desirable than they really are, and those who have argued against this breast-plumping degeneracy.
