it isn't a conspiracy user, it happened. Pierre Trudeau did it in unison with international financiers. Any public project funded by the government is constitutionally obligated to have the money lent to the project interest free. Trudeau and the foreign banks changed that. hence why Canada is now in debt up to their ears and had no debt the year before the switch happened. i am not speaking about personal debt user - for that banks have always charged interest. This is government debt.
