Oh ok. kek I love how the French are willing to defend the honor of their nation like this in the face of shitposting. America lets us come to their wars sometimes. Well, actually we have to go. So that they can say "SEE, Canada's here too. This is a righteous international coalition.". And then we don't pay for NATO and the US defend us anyway because they have to. They don't want to get invaded from the north. >That why our generals suck ass. Interesting, that's the impression I got sometimes reading a bit about Europe's wars. Germany/Prussia's officers were creative and took risks. The French were predictable and followed stricter directives. Like when the German started firing artillery at the same time as a charge once. They lost some soldiers to friendly fire in the clusterfuck but they won faster and lost less overall. That became standard practice. The French didn't like the idea though at the time. Dunno if that's a good example or representative. Just made me think of that.
Leo Clark
Bump. Kinda curious about the general atmosphere. What's happening rn? Have the riot been continuing since the weekend?
The more I look at this the more I get the feeling we're might have to go over there and free the shit out of France if it really hits the fan. I dunno if the U.S. has the stomach or the will for another military engagement, but if the government starts killing its own people over this shit... Well, we sure as fuck can't let Merkel and Germany go over there and cut off our baguette supply, we need those for tactical purposes.
Trump himself is literally a globalist and most of what he's signed as POTUS has directly and exclusively enriched the globalists, the very first thing he did was stack his cabinet with globalist bankers. You are too easily placated.
Elijah Cooper
There are lots of ways to get America fired up for a war. We don't want it now but a single event can have idiots screaming for blood. It's disturbing.
Luis Lewis
>Free the French
They're freer than we are. Can you imagine us pulling of the yellow vest thing, strategically blocking international & interstate shipping? We're too Balkanized already... The French understand governments, and the consent of the governed, is only ever temporary.
Alexander Lee
Sorry, I don't speak chinese.

>claim he's a nationalist >M-Muhh ornange man gloablis kys leaf
It's the built in neuroticism of this country. We are not the imperialist psychopaths others paint us to be, nor are we peaceful and carefully measured. We're the abused dog in the corner begging for and needing love and attention, that when spooked, randomly decides to start ripping faces off.
At a 60% marginal tax rate I'd beg to differ. The French are NOT free, hence their rebellion against their own financial slavery.
Not a question of competence, only a question of how far their military is willing to go to preserve order, and power.
Connor Davis
I doubt anything like this could happen. Mostly because they know it would degenerate and they'd get liberated from all sides. If France frees itself from the EU globalists they'll probably need to trade more with the US to make up for the EU sanctions though. The US was ready to make a huge trade deal with the UK after Brexit, but pic related happened. They're probably willing to do it with France too.
Judging by Libya I'd say they can hold their own. Nobody on that continent will fuck with a nuclear power anyway.
Alexander Sullivan
>60% marginal tax rate Not necessarily so bad. I wouldn't even care if the marginal tax rate was 90% if it was after the first million of something. The fuck are you doing personally with your millions? Put it in some business for fuck's sake. Make it work. As long as the middle class gets to keep a reasonable amount of their wealth and spend it on things they actually want. What's the effective tax rate for ordinary people in France? I read 45% I think. Depends where's your cutoff for "ordinary people" though. And there's probably a lot of underemployment (which is its own systemic problem, lower taxes aren't enough to actually help) now that can fudge the tax rate statistics.
Fine. Have fun being poor in the future when all currencies collapse except whatever crypto of the month you should be hoarding. Dumb no-coiners I swear.
>0 of the 60 CRS >0 fucking retard, I predicted that this copy pasta error will perdure
/frog/ has just become a ridiculous circlejerk with no regard to getting people informed
I bet OP is such a faggot he doesn't even read what is posted ITT, that's the only explanation for not updating the OP with recent news

Macron's jew whore
>"France has no culture" >want to "build a highway of freedom from Africa to Europe" >calls factory workers "illiterate drunkard" >trash talk French people in foreign countries on how they don't like reforms >20% popularity
>make an alliance with a ridiculous centrist party >apoint their representant as ministry of Justice >said representant is under charge for corruption >fires every representants of said party
>apoint his ministers only through survey popularity poll >a fucking nature documentary reporter as minister of environment (he resigned) >place all his friends in a shadow cabinet (préfet, cabinet ministériels, ...) >complain about government unefficiency
>campaign promise to rise defense budget >make a shiton of propaganda photos with the military (top gun, submarine, ...) >500 millions budget cut in the military >get triggered when a general raises concern >make a speech in front of of the Defense Staff yelling "I'm your chief, I'm your chief, I'm your chief" (yes 3 times) >generals get embarassed of having such a brat as president >resign just after saying to his troop not to follow blindly a self-proclaimed leader in a facebook post
>"if they are poor, they should start their start-up"
I could make it into an actual patch and wear it saturday to honor the guy who took the time to make it, but openly showing your power level isn't a good idea.

LIterally "why dont they eat cake"-tier You'd think the Rothchilds would be smart enough to select someone suitable as their puppet after holding so much power for so long, but no. What a disappointment

BREAKING : Macron said to be at the Élysée this saturday
>in ~10 hours or so What the fuck user, do you think this is "your" general? You are merely tolerated here. French are the only one to provide news, you come here just to circlejerk and shill Trump.
If your are not French you should NOT make the OP and keep quiet
Problem with RUngis is that it is in Paris suburb. Not a lot of yellow jacket live here. That is why blocking reffineries in the countryside is easier why weekend PAris protest are so violent (because boomer can come).
