NYC is a great city. It has a vibe you can't get anywhere else. It buzzes with energy, and its built environment can't be topped.
That said, it seems almost like an artificial, museum like place now. Everyone is sort of wealthy and self-concious about being in New York, or they are tourists. New York is kind of like the gathering place for people who see themselves as being hip or looking to make something big of themselves. So there is a restless, striving quality to the place which is unappealing to me personally.
Its also the home of all that is the anti/pol/

City life is for rats.

Good assessment leafo. There is nothing hip about it now. It’s all replaced with fake airs by the liberal limo elite. It sucks. Smells of piss and shit You Can be raped, killed, or robbed at any time. Drive there? Good luck Wanna get out in light of a disaster? Roll over and die.
I was in TriBeCa for work (freedom tower for those whom don’t know) and bought 2 packs of trident gum.
SIX FUCKING DOLLARS.
Think about the excess in that hellhole.
I drove in there today looking at all the cars and actual pollution , garbage and crap from that city and realized most of the people that oppose this shit are libs creating it.
I WANT ALL MAJOR CITIES TO FAIL. We do not need them and their decadence. They are destroying the planet.
Fuck you nyc

Or the nyc hat trick

Never been user but it’s a city All cities have to have the same negatives.
Grayson Miller
>Why? It's home, familia >What makes you like that lifestyle? New York is a dying city. Fuck em, I'll be damned if some commie cunt from Toronto or Ohio or whatever is going to come to my city and turn it into America's east coast safe space. Much of the degeneracy that's fucking America has been fucking New York first for a long time. The change has to happen here for it to emanate out to the rest of the country. >it seems almost like an artificial, museum like place now. >New York is kind of like the gathering place for people who see themselves as being hip or looking to make something big of themselves. >Its also the home of all that is the anti/pol/ breddy much leaf
Dude. Prolly the best and most direct answers I’ve ever received from an anonymous.

thanks fren it's become Orwellian, but when you actually talk to New Yorkers, even transplants who've been here for more than 15 years, they're not happy. They don't like the censorship any more than your average newfag Jow Forumsack, but they're terrified of being ostracized from their social circles or losing their jobs. shits fucked breh
Eh I left a while ago for Boston, I couldn't stand being only 20% of the population. Yes I know white is 33%, but 13% is (((Them)))
Hunter Nguyen
having grown up in a small town I can say I prefer the city because it actually feels alive and there is tons of shit to do. The town I left was full of old people and there was fuck all to do there for pleasure or for work.
The city has its downsides of course but its better than the alternative. I suppose if you were really into out door shit or were inheriting a business the country would be worth it.
Adrian Jackson
>Boston I thought about it, I like Boston. I assumed Massachusetts was just as fucked as New York though. Is it not?
Eh 47% is better than 20% and it full of young people. Its much smaller and cheaper.
Cooper Barnes
came here for the high paying job stayed because im trapped here and poor because of it
Camden Davis
Hes right though. City slickers are fucking scum. Imagine how mentally in you have to be to want to live around the imported third world in tiny cramped fucking houses all day. I say on the DOTR surround the cities, turn the power off and orbital nuke strike.

I like Manhattan. But I’m a history and a architecture buff and there is a lot of history and shit that I like to be around. Financial district is probably the safest and cleanest of Manhattan. It does have a buzz that only NYC has. It is fun and there is a ton of shut to do. But I would never live there though a visit every so often is good.
Easton Powell
I spent a considerable amount of time in Tokyo before ever finding myself in NYC. None of my fellow burger friends up there can understand why I found the city so lackluster. It's alright I guess, but it's far from being the best big city in the world.
Granted, if you're genuinely wealthy NYC is probably an incredible place to live, but most of us aren't and never will be.

>What makes you like that lifestyle? I love hating everything around me. I'd get pacified in a rural environment. Feels like Taxi Driver.
