me and my fiance were laughing playing mario kart and I was laughing and having a good time, then in the core of my brain, I had a swirling feeling. Like a numbing, stupifying head swirl. I called my father, and he said he had to leave the gym because of those exact same feelings too, along with my fiance having it at work around 11 am today. As when I was at work, my customers described the same thing.
