Yeah that is it. Most sensible people judge on character, but some judge on color, your affiliations. One of my friend here in NL is an athlete whilst I am just a nerd working an IT job. We hit it off and we meet every weekend for a beer or a coffee to chat for an hour. This world just feels insane at the moment and I dont know what to do.

Don't make it so much about your race, but if you feel that you can't, try connecting with other hapas, especially ones that feel the same way you do, or meet other people that didn't meet their father or had a bad relationship with. When I say "I personally believe hapas should be the future" I mean that from a totally subjective standpoint (what I would rather see happen). Seeing racemixing between white and asian people doesn't make me feel threatened and or disgusted, I always felt that this is an acceptable exception. Between seeing the browning of the world and seeing more and more hapas around, which in turn would make them feel common and therefore less disconnected, I'd choose the latter all day everyday.
