I've dated a LOT of girls under 20 years old all through my 20's and into my 30's. I haven't met one that knew what she was doing. And I mean that as respectful as possible. At 20 years old, most girls haven't had a decent long term relationship with a good guy, don't have a career or they're in school, don't even know how to hold their liquor, etc. Not to mention, half the ones I dated were not loyal either. Meaning I was only the second or third guy they had been with and didn't know what they had. They all come back round' after a couple years, begging for it again, but don't fall for it.
