You could be shit out of luck if you used encrypted whatsapp. You can (first do multiple back ups) submit your phone as evidence, though. It has to prove that she solicited nude pictures of a minor with malicious intent to distribute, or even better - a confession in your text chat that it was a "prank" that should be enough.

I don't see anything funny about this. If you can - get the headmaster involved. If you can't, you threaten to sue but don't actually do it. She will offer you sex to call it off. I guarantee that she will be recording your answer and if you say yes you get shitcanned for attempted rape.

She deleted messages and my WA backups are rare. If my messages were between 2 deleted messages I deleted them too. Also I deleted the nudes after some time. Asking if she has seen them.

All you need to show the headmaster is the text chat if it contains her solicitation of the nudes, explicit or implied. That's definitely enough for a public apology or even more. Bear in mind that he could snatch the phone from your hands and delete the messages, which is why you need proper backups at home. Deleting absolutely any part of that conversation was a bad move, but it could still stand up to scrutiny.

You're not going to subpoena her phone even if this escalates. She'll just delete everything and drop her phone in the grand canyon. However, what you want is one or two of the people she sent it to - to submit their chat history as evidence for her malicious distribution of such images. You need to get to their phones before she does. She needs to delete them all, you only need one for proof. This could be impossible if you're an unpopular dweeb though. Ask your dad what to do and don't take "just shake it off" for an answer, he'll respect you more for it. You'll come up with some strategy eventually, whether it's the carrot, the stick, or a bluff doesn't matter.

Yep, teachers are covering their ass from having to deal with what would technically count as a CP investigation. You can look for a way to reverse the deletion or load a backup of your phone, or look for a student who had disobeyed the order. Just be careful how you approach them, evidence is easily tainted.
