Okay, so I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with my boobs. They are continuing to grow even though I'm 20 and not gaining weight. They used to have barely noticeable stretch marks, but now they're starting to look bad. I put cocoa butter lotion on them every day to try to keep the marks from getting worse, but I can't really tell if it's helping. I just want them to stop so I don't have to buy new bras or deal with them trying to escape when I walk.
Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

Stretch marks are caused by hormones, and aren't something you can control with cosmetic products like moisturizers.

You should see a doctor just to be safe. Boobs can increase in size suddenly during puberty or over time but if they seem to grow rapidly without end and have pain it could be a medical issue.

Once puberty ramps down and hormones settle it can still take a while for the body to fully settle to that new level.

Stretch marks fade with time, they turn white instead and are unnoticeable unless looking really closely. Many women, especially women with large breasts will get them so it's not too big of a deal. The only stretch marks that are dealbreakers are stretch marks on the stomach usually. If you want smaller breasts your only option is to lose some weight and hope you lose some fat from there or surgery.
Cocoa butter doesn't do much in my opinion. Just wait a year or so and they will probably look better.
