it's not about revolution or burning shit down. that's what leftist do. that's what savages do. ideas must win. you win people with ideas, and you win movements with ideas. a constant barrage of better, reasoned ideas. the brainwashed masses vastly outnumber the small minority of passive observes watching the west, and rather, the world unfold. it used to be we just watched our neighborhood events play out day by day. and then with mass media, internet, social media, etc, it morphed into constant information overload of imbibing the daily firehouse of neighborhood, city, county, state, country, continent, and then world events.
at this stage of the game, numbers and physical action do not effect change. the best ideas beget the spread of better ideas. have a better dialog. have a stronger message. have a more rational argument. make small inroads to those who are willing to listen to these ideas. that's what it is all about. breaking the conditioning is less about freeing your average citizen from the bonds of government education, and more about enlightening them that they too are a conscious free being, born to this world, and free to live a life that they choose. burning shit down is futile and will result in swift and appropriate action by power structures
any change required to evolve a society in any positive direction from the standpoint of a moral compass must be inherently peacefully but rationally motivated. if there is anything to overthrow, it is irrationality as a basis for governance, but not governance itself.

It is an interesting thing, race. If you have been here long enough, you sort of understand what is happening. There are a few different groups.

These are the societal planners. The trilateral commission. the bilderbergs. the seeeyeaye. the think tanks. etc. pick your boogeyman, there are many, some are real and some are memes. but really, they are all just the groups of smart people who came from privileged white collar backgrounds and worked their way up through think tanks and family connections etc. this group thinks that merging the races will resolve racial strife. each subgroup within the outer group has different goals. some want a more controllable populace because in group identity is removed by having a blended end-race. some are truly altruistic and believe that removing color lines will benefit the human race. others are hateful and believe that race x must suffer or be removed and the only option is mixing. the players in these groups only espouse these views in private settings among themselves, but they know these motivations to be true. Just know that we are all human, and that our best self is often suppressed and manipulated into submission by those wishing to control you for their own good.
We are all stardust created from nuclear processes deep within the inner workings of the sun. The atoms in your body, you share those same atoms with your human brethren. At some point, the electrons in your body were within 1 inch of those of every human on the planet, now, and ever born. Everything you are currently experiencing is amazing and important and will never happen again. So just be the best you you can be, help your fellow man, and resist irrationality and vocally call it out when you see it so that we can prevent another dark age.

See, this is a meme quote. By definition, if a group is in power, the groups not in power are going to cry degradation or slavery to the other group. So it's a meaningless quote. It's effectively saying "when one group is on power, the other group is not in power". Well no fucking shit Tocqueville, what an astute observation of human behavior. That's the real lesson. Don't takeaway from this quote that whites hate blacks, or blacks hate whites, but instead, takeaway that mammals of similar physical looks and traits will group together and form cliques to compete with outer groups for survival. We humans just wrap a bunch of abstractions and weasel words around the core concepts--mammalian survival based on in-group cohesion.
Color is a very visible an easy way to differentiate "is this other conscious being like me or not". It's the same thing all mammals do as a base survival instinct. We are not far removed from other biological life on the planet, mammalian or otherwise. If you are a living multi-cellular organism based thing, you tend to associate with living multi-cellular organism based things that you can relate with, that are the most familiar. Racism isn't about looking down on other races, but recognizing that when you see a being of a different race, they statistically had a different genesis to sentience and cognition than you going back thousands of years. Leftism has redefined this base human emotion as "racism"--it is raw reptilian brain instinct. You can see how they continue to try to re-define language, culture, words, concepts, ideas, to eliminate this base mammalian instinct to differentiate sub-species.
Yes we are all human. But across subgroups, our ancestries are wildly different. And as such, our genetic traits will continue to cause us to associate with our own subgroups unless it is bred out of the species such that ancestral chains are merged, for motivations I highlighted in earlier posts.

I respect your quote but reject your comment. The ephemeral 'they' you refer to are just people as your quote highlights. People that have kids, kids that will have families. Families that are humans with beating hearts and a finite lifetime like you and me. Good ideas can be spread upward, sideways, and all directions. The same people that work in the halls of government, the FED, the children of billionaires, they can all be influenced by rational and cogent lines of logic, better ideologies, etc. Don't allow the last truly free platform the the internet to abandon reasoned debate. Unabashed debate. Unrestricted. Jow Forums is great for that raw idea-fuel to burn in a fire for all to see. It's why we are constantly under attack.
