This isn't a left-wing or right-wing issue. The Trump Organization has been laundering dirty Russian oligarch and mobster money through its properties for decades. You elected as U.S. president a sleazy, pathological lying financial criminal who tried to sell U.S. foreign policy to the Kremlin on a quid pro quo deal, and got caught by Western intelligence agencies.
Can we admit that Trump has a real Russia problem?

How much uranium did trump sell to Putin?
That's FAKE NEWS
this is all trumptards can say now. Their brains have broken.
>muh said he was /our/guy!
>muh said he was drain the swap!
>sells uranium 1 to Russians
Trump did business with Russians! He's a financial criminal! We have to fire him because he seems bad.
The President openly encouraging business with Russia...
Cool hard proof. Shelels have been deposited to your account.
The only people saying that Trump doesn't have a problem are those too young to remember when Nixon was president.
Trump has a problem. The outcome is going to depend on whether or not he chooses to run for a second term.
What is? Let me speak to your manager, you’re awful.
I'm still waiting for ANY ACTUAL EVIDENCE to be presented by Mueller of a crime. During the Campaign, Trump could have literally walked up to Putin and said "I'll pay you $1,000,000" for dirt on Hillary" and then paid Putin for it and it would NOT have broken any laws.
Had Trump said to Putin "I'll pay you $1,000,000 to campaign against Hillary expressly", then that would be illegal.
I have seen no such evidence presented.
This is a perjury trap, nothing more.
The entire idea that doing business with Russians after the fall of the USSR is a bad thing is a current year manifestation.
H.W. and Bill pushed the idea of liberalisation of Russia through capitalism to bring them into the fold of the NeoLiberal world order.
Basically it was spun as the patriotic thing to do, to bring about a new safer world, Golden Arches Theory etc.
The fact we are here in a new red scare, threatens to eventually destabilise Russia itself, and there is a large chance their last gasp may be a volley of ICBMs. This is happening on an accelerated time table at the whim of domestic US politics because a Yaley isn't President.
If lefty-shills just replaced Russia with Israel in the conspiracy, we'd all be on board.
Admitting Trumps wrong doing would undermine their entire belief system. As long as Trump is still wearing his team colours there is no way these drones will ever admit he's wrong, because that means they'll have to admit that they were wrong. It will destroy any reputation and "credibillity" that the GOP still has. The only thing the cons have over the dems is that they are united under the same few issues, if they become fractured they are a dead party. In other words, It's never gonna happen. The goal posts will keep moving and damage control is already in full swing.
>globalism is great! It's the future!
>No not like that!
Funny how this thread is not filled with pro-Trump shills, I guess even pol isn't sure anymore. I can't wait for this fucking house of cards to come crashing down.
Trump's base was outspoken in unison against Syria strikes.
GOP has little to do with Trumps brand of populism.
GOP is just as fractured as Dems on issues. Both camps think the other is a united front.
You read the Guardian and think you understand even basics about US politics, but you don't. Nearly every election comes down to a reactionary vote of people afraid on one side, and people disheartened about voting because they lost faith or got their way last cycle.

Sure, watch me shill.
Trump's business with Russian subjects is mild compared to anyone in his tax bracket, and doing business with them was a patriotic duty after 1991.
Trump's policies on Russia has been the most aggressive since Ike, even Obama wouldn't dare send arms to Ukraine.
Trump's mix of populist rhetoric and intentional thread cutting from the NeoLiberal order has worked as a pressure relief valve in the US, the UK is having a much harder time going isolationist via Brexit. France is burning because they stepped on the NeoLiberal gas pedal instead of starting to move away. Trump is running his policy with very little damage to broader American society Vs other world leaders.
