Shared Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) and common fisheries access rights. 12. Harmonized environmental and conservation regulations. 13. Harmonized anti-trust and consumer protection regulations. 14. Harmonized copyright and patent law w/ fair-use and safe-harbor doctrines. 15. Harmonized food and drug regulations. 16. Trilateral extradition treaty.
Push all the Hispanic Mexicans into the uninhabitable portion of the continent connecting us to South America, set up a new smaller, more affordable border wall on the bottom, then we have tons of new real estate and resources.

We'd need to do a few things before anything like this could actually be accomplished.

After a transitioning period, it could be accomplished, but it certainly wouldn't happen over night. The left would need to stop with their identity politics. Right now, that's the driving force of division within our country. It's causing more conflict and strife than it is actually good (good luck getting them to agree with you on this though).
