Sõyboy was a pretty spot on way of describing and making fun of the people it was about. Not really treading new ground because we've always made fun of effeminate self hating men, but I liked it.
Mutt was hilarious because it triggered so many Amerilards to the point where they were literally crying and coming out with "I'M FUCKING WHITE!" tier responses. Every time I see any of it's variants I burst out laughing.
But NPC. That shit was on another level. Again, not really reinventing the wheel in regards to who it addresses, but holy shit, the impact it had was unbelievable. Mainstream media outlets talking about it, Twitter banning people with the NPC as their display pic, people who fit the description crying left right and centre about how "dehumanising" it is, All this mass hysteria in response to something which in essence is a fairly simple, innocuous picture drawn in MS Paint. Best meme since Baneposting.

So was the npc meme that got spammed here endlessly until it was forced via t_d on plebbit. These are all shitty memes. I would say thotaudit was organic. You can tell by the quality of the OC. The npc shit literally took months of spamming before anything funny came out. (I'll get called an npc cause gotta use the same tactic as pc call out culture in muh meme, if you question it you are it gotcha checkmate npc bullshit). Thot Audit too 3 or 4 days to get rolling and spurned some amazing memes.
Probably sōybōy, it's just straight-up the most popular meme. On the other hand, it and the mutt meme have done absolutely fuck all compared to Ragnathot. As actual impact goes, the Hoah beats the other two. NPC got articles. Day of the Thot brought justice.
I'd also like to nominate the boomer-zoomer dynamic as the official sequel to pepe/kek-wojack. Unlike sōy, mutt and NPC, it is a part of other more popular memes, more archetypal and less limited.
