Whites are incredibly culturally and system oriented. As culture declines, people atomize and break away into states of apathy, hopelessness and general disregard. When an event like these occurs, whites tend to assess their moral standings at least briefly before considering actions.
As things stand in the west in these last few decades in particular, the only thing that would oblige a white person to act in any sort of way would be tied strongly to their role in the system they live within. Think, a police officer or any public service member, even off duty, would step in physically. An individual working at a counter would press their duress button or contact an authority.
Niggers on the other hand tend more often to act without any sort of foresight or reference to their higher standings be that moral, cultural, systematic etc. Quite unfortunate.
