We have a huge industry of international schooling, moron. Foreign students pay large sums of money to get a British qualification which is often more highly regarded then equivalents in their home countries. Same reason US gets a lot of foreign students at high ranking universities, except for the UK this industry is proportionally larger than in the USA.
Once you've finished a qualification in a UK college/university you don't an automatic right to remain as a resident. There used to be an issue with fake schools being used as a clearing house for low-skilled economic migration but the worst offenders (number wise) have been taken down
