that stereotype only applies to the Ashkenazim, especially to the Ashkenazim in North-America (which could be even +5 I.Q. higher than regular Ashkenazim), Israel is actually quite diverse, only around 50% speak Hebrew natively, around 20% are Arabs, bunch of Sephardis, Betas, Mizrahi, Haredi, etc.
