Apple is able to manufacture iphones in USA however the current CEO is a number guy. He was always a number guy. Jobs knew he is a number guy but the second best pick for CEO was a British guy who wears pajamas to work. Cook being a numbers guy, he is obsessed with profit margins. Those pesky % rates stock buyers and sellers care about. Bringing iphones to USA means lowering margins for the first time in company history OR charging an estimate 20-50% premium on every new apple product. Cook is not a globalist as many say. The manufacture was already there long before Cook took control. The globalists are the ones who sit in the Congress and the White House and allow domestic corporations to outsource labor to random shit holes countries the same politicians pretend to fight against. China is the biggest evil under Sun according to congress people yet almost every TV set, chip, medicine comes from this land. When Intel wanted a monopoly on chips to strengthen the domestic position for the likes of Apple and such so they are not forced to go to Korea, Japan and China for these parts, the Liberals rushed in yelling corporate puppets and instead allowed the jobs to be outsourced to god knows where.
