I've worked with so called American whites, European whites, jews and asians.
Asians work hardest. There's no competition.

Creativity is another thing. I'll put Ashkenazi jews and Germans (and 2 super smart Serbians) equal (super super creative and smart), then other whites, then asians. For some reason asians are less creative.
