I married a Russian, she would never go back. I went with her for 3 weeks to visit family and saw first hand how shitty Russia is.

It is a literal shit hole BUT the people there are all in it together. They have extremely tight communities and everyone has a skill they help out others in their community with.

Just one example as I’m at lunch and need to head back,
The internet worked for approximately 3 days the entire time I was there, there was no internet company to call to fix, they just said restart the router. Then a neighbor came with his tools and reworked the entire thing to the street, when my mother in law tried to give him money my wife told me he said something about not wprrying about if from some other junk they helped him do. This guy does this almost every day and it’s not his job, he works at a factory.

It’s a shit country full of whites that banded together through tough times.

Also I did see 2 colored people while I was there and everyone was staring at them.

It makes strong men.

Don’t get me wrong, if the people didn’t know me they treated me like shit, and that’s one of the reasons she left. I’m just saying I observed many people helping out her family and myself and wanting little to no money being very polite etc. She is from a very small town like took 6 hours of dirt roads to make it to the highway small, and pretty much most people in that small community were very interconnected

Coming from a leaf, that line is GOLD. I go through Canada frequently to save some driving (over the lakes, instead of under). The WORST driving I have ever seen IN MY LIFE has been in Canada. Not Florida, not New Jersey...fucking Canada. It'll be a nice sunny day in dry weather on a straight road with no pitch, & it's common to see a single vehicle wreck with the car upside-down, on fire, & facing the opposite direction. I implore anyone (dare, if there's so much as a cloud in the sky, much less actual precipitation of any kind) to travel 402, 401, 403, Red Hill Parkway, the QEW (or vice-versa); you will see on that ~3 hour voyage at least one fresh wreck, a portion of the route closed because of a mkre serious accident, run over at least one debris field from a recent accident, & count no fewer than a dozen burned patches from where there have been car fires. Bonus points as a passenger, & count all the scars along the embankment from where vehicles have left the road inexplicably at full speed.
