A phobia is an irrational fear. Fearing the adherents of an ideology that wants you converted or dead and that condones slavery, paedophillia and rape is not irrational.
Not fearing Islam is irrational, the word Islamophobia was invented specifically to confuse.

Let's look at the picture.
In one hand it seems that the guy is totally ignorant. Many muslim apologists would claim that 9/11 has nothing to do with islam. They may claim that it may even be an inside job. And the guy is not ashamed to parade his ignorance.
However, on the other hand, he is also reasonable. Humans are only supposed to be an expert on a few fields. We are supposed to be ignorance on things we simply do not want to have anything to do with.
If we are ignorance of something and yet that something affect us negatively, it may be more profitable to just try to eliminate that thing.
Also, while whether terrorism is islamic or not is "debatable", what's quite clear is that Osama bin Laden have used Islam to motivate people to blow those towers.
ISIS may not be islamic. However, ISIS have used islam to get followers and kill people.

Indonesians have the most moderate muslims. There are significant number of muslims that want that law, that jail a popular governor, to stand.
On the other other hand, Islam is not unique in being in symbiotic relationship with some insidious characters. I am sure, many other religions and other ideology are also used to justify really really crazy things.
Riots in Paris shows that you don't need muslims to fuck your self up.

Islam is a third world death cult centred around the personality of Mohammed, a slave trading paedophile murderer. Muslims believe Mohammed is the perfect man, therefore they believe trading slaves, raping kids and killing people who don't think Mohammed is perfect are reasonable and in fact godly activities.
Islam is cancer, just ask anyone from a toen that has had a massive rise in Mulsim occupants over a short period of time, ask the Myanmar, ask the orthodox Bosnians, ask the one million school girls raped in Britain, Islam is cancer and fearing cancer can never be called irrational.
Are all Muslims bad people, no of course not, but the ideology is entirely incompatible with the west and western values and ideals, the fact that western politicians see the value in importing this cancer in order to weaken the host body (nation state) and to plough the fields of society prior to the sowing of communist seeds only proves the point. Look at any Muslim country and then look at any western land, there's a reason so many muslims are running to the west and virtually zero westerners are fleeing to Muslim states, Muslim states are literal third world shitholes, barbaric and corrupt cesspits ruled by tyrants for their own ends, Islam is simply an effective operating system for dominating obedient populations, Muslims are the ultimate NPC's.
So to answer again the OP's question there is no such thing as Islamophobia, only the understanding that more Islam = more shit.

I am chinese. I live among muslims. Most of my friends are not. Some are. They'/re nice guy. Our murder rate is like 1/5th of American murder rate.
We have a genocide against muslim in Dayak. Yet we do not have genocide against non muslims yet. This is in muslim majority country.
I am just trying to be balanced here.
I do not like muslims preferences for limiting freedom of speech. I do not like they support anti blasphemy laws that are used by to silent many legitimate free speech.
However, I must admit that I live quite savely in Indonesia.
I am far more likely killed in US, or in UK than in Indonesia.
Indonesian marriage law is also more reasonable.
There are discrimination against chineses. But who cares. Most chinese are businessmen anyway and hence can't really be discriminated against.
