I think this is true in how he talks about Africa, he seems to believe that with a thousand years of Catholic influence Africa could become like Germany, that’s obviously a stretch, but it certainly would be better. Implied in that belief is the reality that Africa is a shithole and that Africans need to improve under imposed western dominance, even if it’s a gentle Catholic one.

Jones argues that Judaism is a spiritual malformation rather than a biological one. He's correct on that. He acknowledges that they identify as a distinct biological group and that therefore they are labeled as such for purposes of polite discourse.

I don't know what to say about him as a thinker. You know when people study literature a lot they end up reading a lot between the lines and it shows, but sometimes I think he takes it too far and says some really weird things, but this is normal for philosophers. which is pretty interesting (like how alien was about oral sex). It's not that he says anything outrageous though, strangely enough what he says makes sense, it just isn't always 100% on point.
That said I absolutely respect him as a historian.

OP is actually right this time, I've also always wondered why more people on here aren't familiar with him. You don't have to be Catholic or even Christian to appreciate the work he does. He's the only English speaking person I'm aware of that actually talks about who the Jews really are. Everyone else I've come across is either a pseudo-intellectual, or actually believes the meme that Jews are where they are due to their self proclaimed superiority.

Jones is great, don't get me wrong, but the real hidden gem is Hillaire Belloc. Of course there are some others with gems such as Eustace Mullins, Nick Kollerstrom, Jurgen Graf, ome of Civilta Cattolica and more. But nothing cuts to the core quite so effectively as Belloc, in my experience.

I don’t agree user, I think he’s just sincere and maybe a bit of a boomer. He definitely dislikes the modern Church (even though he’s very diplomatic about Francis) and would surely like to see the modern Church destroyed and replaced with what it used to be. I do get the feeling that he certainly understands racial issues but tries to see the humanity in everyone, which is laudable.
