Why not just go to the dollar store and buy a box of christmas cards, then print out the little slips of paper that have the IOTBW meme on them and instert them into the cards and hand out the cards to random white people.
You could leave them laying around in public and such.
It'll just be a regular christmas card and a paper meme insert.
Bonus points:
If you hand them out to white homeless people with some money inside, even if it's just $20. Card + meme + $20.
