Wasn't so bad 10 years ago. I didn't really see or care about race. Obviously I saw who was black, white, asian, ect. but in my childhood neighborhood we didn't care. It was all good, my best friend there was a dark as fuck black kid, we got along because we both were decent at football. Somewhere in the past five or so years, however, shits just gotten bad. It's hard to put your finger on it, but the liberal viewpoints and "cant say this" shit started taking over. White guys are not cucked on the sexual market, I still see us getting play. Not too much. Other than being denied several jobs because of my Italian last name sounding Spanish, employers think I'm a bilingual Mexican that they can pay under the table. Anecdotal, but still. I live in a 85% white city with a small blend of blacks, some natives and little bit of Mexicans and Asians, so life is pretty good that way.

I guess it depends on where you live. I went to schools near Chicago in early 2000s with large minority numbers (blacks, mexicans, and middle easterners) and there was not as much anti white propaganda as you would think. In history and social studies classes they would point out how morality behind things like Columbus and the Civil War was not so black and white, but other than that I never felt there was a movement to shame white people or anything like it. The biggest difference between how we were treated was that offenses like violence or truancy were actually punished when they were done by white or even mexican students but glossed over when blacks did it. This is more to do with how the school staff wanted to at least try to make white kids into decent adults while the they likely just gave up on the others.
As far as getting laid there is a way bigger difference between your chad and dorks in a single race then between races. If your good looking and talk to girls you're gonna get laid while the nerds have to settle for beating it in front of a screen no matter what age or color they are.
I'm in a technical field with a good mix of women but I don't really feel the effects of the PC culture. Sure you can't talk about eugenics or racial IQ differences at work but why the hell would you anyway? If that's the trade off for not having to listen to some rostie recounting getting plowed six ways last Thursday then I'll take it.
IMO the biggest aspect of living here is how easy it is to be completely isolated. Just coming into work, working, then clocking out, and spending the rest of the time in front of a computer. I guess it used to more rare back a couple of decades ago but now I see it as something common in the new hires, especially white kids. They have only the basic social skills and just do not chat with or make friends at work, which I could bet extends into their personal lives as well.

Depends. It's not all that bad where I grew up. Most of the time, people who don't really like you make it known on social media, and not to your face, directly.
