well what i wrote was in the context of you being not guilty. if you are guilty all i have said will not work, because they have probable cause. if you are NOT guilty that arrest will be unlawful so no record on arrest.(you can even sue them in court, not in front of the magistrate, for harassment you will be on their internal index (and there are ways of getting removed from that) but an employer will never have access to that.

They can also make up public order offences, obstructing a police officer or any number of charges if you piss them off. It's best to just cooperate.
