I can't gain weight

I've been weighing between 130-135 pounds since the age of 15, I'm 19 now. It doesn't matter how much I eat, is like food enters my body and goes out the other side without anything staying. I don't count how many calories I eat per day, it just depends on the day, most of the time I eat well over 3k calories though. Recently I got a job so I've been buying fast food like everyday, and still nothing, not a single pound gained the next day. I also don't even exercise, I do some push ups and crunches but nothing intense. How the fuck is this possible, am I gonna be weighing 130 for the rest of my life

Now there is a chance that you might have worms, but thats really small since you mentioned that you have been like this for a long time and you would have known you have worms after so many years.

im also a skelly. been so for about 8-10 years now. i checked for worms, didnt have any, only some shit intestinal viruses idk, had some pills and shat them out in a few days. aside from that, i think i might not be eating enough, but from what i feel, i eat always just enough to feel filled up, so i dont know how am i supposed to just "eat more".

Change your diet. It's not just about how much you're eating but what you're eating. Fast food doesn't change that

imo really stfu and wait it out. overeating now will just enforce bad habits and you'll just get obese when you hit your 30's.

ok close, but no, I always eat at least 1k calories per day, and that would be a bad day. And yeah I don't have worms, doc says my body is fine.
Same, also I get full pretty easily, but I've been able to eat a little more now
I eat some of everything, the only thing I don't eat a lot is vegetables, but I've never heard of anyone gaining weigh from vegetables.

fucking lift some weights. push ups and crunches help develop muscular endurance, but do nothing for adding mass.

Google strong lift 5x5 and follow that workout. if you eat like you say you do, you'll get pretty fucking muscular and gain weight.

Key to gaining weight/muscle are compound lifts..that means squats, deadlifts, barbell bench press, bent over rows, etc.

bicep curls, shrugs, and calf raises won't help you get big.

It's absolutely insane the lengths people go to deny this basic fact when it comes to gaining/losing weight. It's probably the simplest thing in the world: eat more calories than you burn and you gain weight.

no i'm an user with a very big appetite. I can eat 4k cals in one sitting and still be hungry for dinner
