Stop bringing it up. You are what makes this so so much worse. Just think about it. You are always segregating yourselves. Why have the black history month. Just push for it to be taught in normal history. Why all this "diversity" — trying to force employment of black people? Are they not capable? Yes, on average black IQ is lower, but you don't fix that by hiring retards just cause they are born black, instead you should be focusing on teaching.

But no, instead of that you force feed them that they are weak, dumber than whites and asians, and will never achieve anything on their own without "affirmative action".

I don't care about other people's thoughts on how I got my achievements. If it gets me into college and a better chance at landing a job I'm fine with it. I'll let my work ethic prove I'm supposed to be there, fuck what everyone else thinks.

It could've been my test scores but I doubt it. I felt a little bad for the white people having to wait so long but fuck it, slavery did happen. 6 months really isn't that bad in comparison.

First, the real problem in this country is segregation of different socioeconomic classes, which isn't to say racism doesn't exist but that's only the surface problem.
Secondly, I think the only sociological studies that demonstrate decrease in racism / bias across classes is for people to mix more. Constantly overturning every little word or gesture for signs of 'hidden' racism is counterproductive.

Sorry OP but you can't tell people how to think and feel. I think as a whole black people have an endless victim complex and my experience is that a lot of black people will not take any responsibility from their own failures. They are enabled by the government and their Jewish handlers to blame everything on "institutional racism" in a government and system that actually bends over backwards for them to the point of being unfair to people just because they're white.There are outliers. I know hard working black guys, that are smart and capable and try harder if they fail at something. But the black culture is to blame whitey for everything no matter what.

To end racism blacks and other minorities have to take the step to stop begging and pleading to be treated special and different. They need to demand to be treated the same, which means no more preferential treatment in employment, education and socially. They need to start being angry at the people who insist on treating them differently and give them charity because they can't possibly compete with white people.

The sjw's are the true racists. I want a system to see who is capable of standing with me as an equal and being able to achieve on my level as an equal. I want to look to my right and left and know the people I'm working with are as capable as me. If black people demand and do that, I will respect them as equals. Until they do, they are beneath me because they are treated with kid gloves compared to me.

I don't know where you live, but the most racist people I know are the ones who live in the city. They're great at pretending to care but they hold some of the most backwards racist shit I have ever heard. I live in a shit city/town in Rhode Island and I hear and see more racist acts here than I ever did when I lived out in Iowa.
