I think it would have been funnier if she did it at a McDonald's. In-N-Out is a burger place with the healthiest fast food options, everything is fresh and the meats/produce are driven to them everyday. I followed a diet but honestly the biggest change was I stopped eating food that didn't come from home and I stopped drinking coca cola. Saved money too.
Eating breakfast at home instead of buying a sandwich on the way to work, bringing fruit with me to work instead of buying biscuits from the store downstairs, always having tupperware with lunch from home instead of ordering food online etc.
Most of the difficulty came from preparation. I always had to remember to buy fruit, I always had to wake up 10 minutes early to eat breakfast, I always had to cook in advance so I can bring lunch with me. But it worked.
