They provided a 302 from an interview of Peter Strzok.
And get this...
This interview of Strzok was days before he was fired.
This case is going to crumble.

>Mueller is fucked
How so? We're aware of plenty of crimes committed by the establishment, but are they fucked? No, We the People are fucked.
So today's "happening" threads are because the original 302s are not filed or missing? Explain to me like I'm fucking 8 years old
There might not have been a 302 to begin with.
This. In the published texts, Strzok got very defensively angry during a public hearing where a republican Congressman started to ask questions about 302s. Either the 302 didn't have anything flattering for going after trump put down and it was destroyed, or it never existed in the first place.
Essentially what ended up happening is that due to the prosecutorial misconduct of not filling out and filing a 302 within 72 hours of the interview results in the rest of the case getting fucked up the ass and thrown out the door because in American justice every step has to be by the book or it's wrong, period.
The originals aren't being shown because they weren't filed until 7 months after they were supposed to be created. Now that Mueller didn't do as the judge said, the case will get thrown out and Flynn will be set free. This is the jist of what I read in another thread.
>So today's "happening" threads are because the original 302s are not filed or missing?
Yes. The judge ordered Mueller's team to hand over all 302's. The only one included was an interview of Strzok from July 2017, 6 months after the Flynn interview, where he discusses the Flynn interview. Strzok was fired days after this 302. So there either was never an original 302 or Mueller's team is refusing to hand it over. But as it stands now, the only evidence Mueller has that Flynn lied is a 302 interview of Strzok (presumably about his own misconduct) from 6 months after Flynn was interviewed. Not only that, but it says the agents who interviewed Flynn thought he was being truthful. It's a fucking disgrace. We should be protesting outside theDOJ or FBI tomorrow demanding these motherfuckers are tried for sedition.
this makes my day lads
There's also some pretty interesting theories floating around that McCabe may have altered or destroyed the original 302.
test mueller is a nigger
Imagine if two HR reps interviews you for employee misconduct and wrote a report clearing you and saying you did not lie. Months later the HR rep will be criminally referred for targeting your boss when his position should be non-biased. Due to this he will be fired in a few days.
Imagine if days before this employee will be fired, someone rushed an interview of this HR rep, and had him recall events from months ago about you. Imagine if they used that interview to fire you and not the original report clearing your name that was completed months earlier
I'd have a lot less patience than Flynn does.
If their was no original 302 or it was filed after 72 hours with the date edited, Flynn will become a hero.
this is an op. I wouldn't worry about how flynn is handling himself. he's a pro
Another interesting item revealed in today's filing is that Yates was extremely upset by Flynn being interviewed at all. What I'm left wondering is, why would Sally Yates be upset with that? She carries water for Mueller and has defended his investigation.
Your assuming people in the Justice Department are acting in good faith. I don't have that assumption. Awan, Hillary, Seth Rich, etc, etc etc
Why shouldn't Mueller be held in contempt of court, Anons?
she is a loyal muellerite that hasn't been made aware that mueller flipped and is running a takedown op of the CF for potus
so Flynn is gonna walk?
good to hear, he seemed like an allright guy and he did nothing wrong.
the only downside is what the qfaggots might do with this.
>Mueller is fucked
>he has no case
...says the increasingly nervous man for the billionth time.
I'm not sure that this doesn't or wouldn't effect Muellers entire investigation. If it is proven that he and his team LIED or concocted a guilty plea out of Flynn based on missing evidence?
Or even at the worse, edited evidence. This would literally put Mueller in contempt and possibly worse.
or Flynn talked about crimes from people that they would not want to prosecute. like shady shit he saw working for the Obama admin
In brainlet terms please
You can't fuck the big dogs in these institutions or else you fuck the institutions themselves.
You can shut them down though... or limit their remit. They are out of control... remember this god-damn Russia bullshit where it all started?! Where's that?
The reason for all of this is the politicisation of judicial and prosecutorial institutions. Sort it out burgers! Wake up from your Washington Post induced coma!
Flynn “interview” was never documented because it was an illegal operation. The inly documentation they have on it is dated aug of 17, the “interview” was conducted in jan 17. 7 months to file a mandatory document? This is what getting your lies in line before signing your name looks like.
The left can’t meme
They are not acting in good faith, and this niggerdom proves it as far as I'm concerned. Does anyone know if the agents who said Flynn was very likely telling the truth said anything publically?
If you think Mueller "flipped" you are very sorely mistaken. Q wasn't a LARP, it was a limited hangout, and you should either pay attention to sundance or shut up.
said crying trumpkin for the gorillainth time
What the fuck is a 302 and what does it have to do with anything
Why do both sides of this think they've figured out exactly what evidence the FBI has and exactly how a potential trial would go down
It should, but that remains to be seen. If Mueller was lying about Flynn, what else is he lying about?
Military tribunals when?
>>Mueller is fucked
>he has no case
...says the increasingly nervous man for the billionth time.
Madcow said this?
wouldnt it be ironic if mueller and not trump ends up in prison?
This.
NOBODY in thr FBI who actually interviewed Flynn believed hd lied. It was all manufactured by yhe specual councel, and the only reason Flynn pled guilty is because fighting this already bankrupted him, he lost his house and his job, and because the special council was threatening his family.
Bingo. I am 99% sure this is the case. After he plead guilty he was legally obligated to talk on EVERY CRIME he was witness or privy to. Remember he served under Obama admin for years and trump for less than a month.
I can see it already, Mueller demanded he talk, once he started talking mueller shut it down.
Heads better roll on this. Its time for Mueller and his team of thugs to start answering some serious questions.
Honestly, there should be repercussions for attempting to frame a US General for crimes he didn't commit in an attempt to overthrow a democratically elected presidency. I guess treason charges should suffice.
Screencap this.
The reason there was no 302 is because Agent Peter Strzok of the FBI, who was the No. official in the Counterintelligence Division at the time of the Flynn interview, was gathering INTELLIGENCE on Michael Flynn by asking him questions, which would be INADMISSABLE in a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION.
Flynn is guilty of lying to the FBI...but it's U N C O N S T I T U T I O N A L for evidence gleaned in a counterintelligence operation to be used in a court of law.
Where is the warrant to gather evidence for a criminal investigation against Michael Flynn?
Came from Mueller. Guess who was on Mueller's investigation since August of 17?
Peter fucking Strzok.
Posted this on the last thread.
They reference the original 302 multiple times in the sentencing memo
assets.documentcloud.org
So why didn't they turn it over? Looks like judge was right for thinking this shit was shady
Basically trump is completely fucked. He will probably be locked up by the end of next week
>They'll toss the case
Yeah I'll believe it when I see it.
4chand predictions are about reliable as my erectile function.
Until, not since, August of 17.
Mueller missed the deadline?
Holy shit. The fbi has such great memory that they can file a 302 6 months after an interview and secure a conviction. But somehow comey cant even remember how the biggest case to travel in front of his desk started. Seems legit.
I really hope that Flynn will be able to sue for legal costs. This case has essentially bankrupted his family and he only took the plea deal because he couldn't afford to keep fighting
how likely is it that Mueller goes to jail after all is said and done
>We should be protesting outside theDOJ or FBI tomorrow demanding these motherfuckers are tried for sedition.
Fucking this. What the fuck are these clowns doing?
Check your digits. They dont lie, but you do.
Strzok was hired by Mueller right around July 13, 2017. The 302 submitted to the court for Flynn was a 7/19/17. He was fired from Special Council 4 days later.
Was Strzok just brought onto the special counsel to claim Flynn was lying and Fuck Flynn?
>Why shouldn't Mueller be held in contempt of court, Anons?
Yep. That's exactly what should happen next.
Btw. The Russian NRA woman who "confessed" this week had been kept in solitary confinement for months and denied medical care.
Nice 3rd world gulag the US is operating in full view now (as opposed to the Bush era black sites operated in shithole countries).
He should get some cash for what was done to him.
They threatened his kid on equally bullshit charges if he didn't take the plea. Said plea might turn out to be a poison pill towards Mueller and his cadre.
Mueller is going to jail.
Ahh yes, the Awans. What ever happened with those niggers, anyway?
A 302 is a written report on an interview conducted by the FBI. For some reason they don't have to actually record the interview. A federal judge told Mueller to hand over the original 302 of Flynn's interview. Instead, Mueller handed over a 302 of Peter Strzok discussing the Flynn interview from 7 months AFTER the interview actually took place. Strzok made the 302 like 3 days before he was fired, and after his alleged mistress had already been fired.
tld A judge demanded evidence be handed over, Mueller didn't hand it over. Flynn will go free.
If they throw out the case i hope trump puts flynn as high in the admin just to rustle msm jimmies.
As much as I would like to see it, very little chance.
I would be happy at this point if he packed up his hatchet and slinked off like a good boy.
he will be arrested by ocasio-cortez and hillary crowned emperor of the world the same day
Mulel practically fabricated evidience against Flynn, a US General. Any other attorney would get disbarred and jailed for pulling shit like this.
>literal who said something on Twitter
>X is fucked!!!
Lmao you poltards are so fucking retarded
No.
Flynn either tailed about the Russian diplomats Obama kicked out of the US as he left office.
Or Flynn talked about the sanctions the US was about to apply to Russia.
Both were considered topics he should not have discussed until after inauguration.
Seems to me the incoming national security advisor has a remit to discuss the reality of hot topics with Russia.
Not practically, did manufacture evidence if what we're hearing and is being reported is true.
The real reason Mueller publicly said not to give Flynn jail time was to get out in front of the eventuality that Flynn is not punished because the evidence against him is too weak, and the charge is very dubious. Now when nothing happens to Flynn people will claim it's because Mueller said not to do anything to him.
I hope Flynn is put in charge of FBI.
Another key issue is determining the legality of the evidence in the first place. I think it's somewhat likely that Peter Strzok, being the no. 2 Intelligence officer at the FBI, would be conducting a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE OPERATION. Thing about those is, evidence is not admissible in court (w/o a duly executed search warrant.) So...if there's no warrant, if there's no investigation, what are Strzok and the other one doing there collecting evidence for a criminal investigation? Michael Flynn has 4th Amendment rights just like everyone else.
Would also explain the failure to file the original 302 - if it wasn't admissible or never created.
Q predicted this
Keep in mind that McCabe (Strzok's boss and the head of the counterintelligence division) is the one who arranged the interview. And Sally Yates was apparently very upset about the decision to interview. Could the reason Yates was upset be that the FBI was basically conducting an extralegal criminal investigation of a US Citizen in violation of his 4th Amendment rights?
>"literal who twitter"

Fucking leaf
Yep.
Yeah her change of plea sounded straight out of a Cheka interrogation chamber. Kinda sad.
Thank you for this. Puts this in perspective.
Sally Yates.
Who wrote herself a bunch of
>I'm a gud ger, I dindu nuffin
memos at midday on Inauguration Day?
Thanks for proving my point
He still broke the law, and must called to account.
Expanding on this a bit, let's remember that Strzok's original investigation of the Trump Campaign was supposedly Carter Page was a spy working for the Russian Federation (point of Order: Carter Page has not been charged with any crimes whatsoever by Mueller or anyone else.) The FBI sought and received a FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE Surveillance Act warrant against Carter Page for crimes he (apparently) did not commit. And former Mueller employee Peter Strzok had his hands all over that.
Peter Strzok sure did like investigating people who worked for the Trump Campaign as "Foreign Agents" in "Counterintelligence" investigations. What are the odds that the Flynn charges arise from non-admissible FISA intelligence (remember: two hops) gleaned from a fraudulently obtained FISA warrant against Page?
The overarching theme of all this Flynn/Page/Manafort/Cohen/etc. saga is this: none of it indicates any evidence of collusion whatsoever. The worst offenses are the jewy behavior of Cohen, which being a Jew lawyer from Jew York City who could blame the guy, and kinky faggot Manafort (read up on what he did to his wife and kids sometime.)
Mueller's reputation cannot be questioned!

I thought that was Susan Rice?

Head back to CNN leaf.
"crimes"
The PROOF IS HERE
HABBEDING
>Instead, Mueller handed over a 302 of Peter Strzok discussing the Flynn interview from 7 months AFTER the interview actually took place.
This is actually fucking hilarious.
Someone should post this on the Le_Mueller plebbit page for the lulz
When the day comes, I'll rake you myself
Speaking of Rice,
>They also noted that Rice suggested there was talk of withholding classified information from the incoming Trump administration.
LOL how does that one strike you now adays?
>He still broke the law, and must called to account.
What law?
In what way was it broke?
How can it be proven ?
You'll blow your brains out with your dad's shotgun instead
Muellers inquiry is part Trump hunt part clean up operation for the Clinton crime syndicate.
By the time he's done he'll have nothing solid on Trump but half of America will think he has, and there will be zero evidence anywere that could be used to convict key players in the Deep state and Clinton Cartel.
You know this is a double win for the globalists.

No 302 was filed. This has to be filed within several days of an interview, and as not, hence why the judge ordered it to be handed over. So far, it has not been handed over...wanna guess why?
The fbi had the transcripts of the phonecall. Remember the phonecall was while flynn was on vacation. Likely they will use the excuse that they were listening in on the russian and they happened to catch flynn. The question is who unmasked? Also its curious that obama admin chose to expel a russian diplomat while flynn was out of country knowing full well that the embassador would try to contact the incoming admin. To me it seems that they entrapped flynn.
Ah. Yep. Thanks user.
Hmm. Sally Yates did do something equally bullshitty.
its literally nothing
IMO it's quite possible Rice (and obviously other senior Obama Administration officials) were trying to cover Strzok's tracks for the incoming Trump Administration.
I follow sundance on CTH and a lingering question in my mind up the ladder from Strzok is that, there is an obvious pattern (just like with Fast and Furious, Benghazi, IRS Targeting, etc.) to the very highest levels of the Obama Administration.
My question is - how much of this surveillance of his political rivals was orchestrated or approved by Obama personally? Susan Rice was giving him Presidential Daily Briefings on it late in '16. Pretty obvious to me that Obama was literally spying on his political rival during the campaign and that there are grave and dire Constitutional arguments being made by Trump behind closed doors w/r to the entire premise of Mueller's investigation.
Wrong.
Sounds like an administrative error and it doesn't matter because Flynn already plead guilty, Flynn was literally pictured sitting next to Putin, he is a traitor like Orange Hitler and will rot in jail.
Mueller already cost the government millions when he wrongly prosecuted a man for mailing anthrax, and led another man to commit suicide. Flynn deserves millions.
Meuller is a cunt of the highest magnitude, and should have been terminated decades ago, but shit rolls uphill in DC.
>Sally Yates did do something equally bullshitty.
Yes, Google memory holed that. It was something she said in an interview on TV (I tried to track it down but I can't stand listening to Rachel Maddow and that obvious dyke Sally Yates verbally scissor one another on live television.)
I want to say it had something to do with Yates refusing to share intelligence with incoming officials...
