Why can’t he have the decency to even acknowledge me or tell me he’s busy. Is he ghosting me? How long should I wait and what do I say when ?!

Idk how long you have been together, but if you can just contact a sibling/parent/best friend and be like hey haven't heard from so in so in a couple days, he okay? Thats probably for the best. I mean the longer you wait the more crazy you're gonna go if you're like me.
