How can I avoid hiring any brown people at my business?
I'm not a racist but due to the political climate today; I would just like to prevent any undue animosity at the workplace. Just at least until the current administration is out. I've done my best to steer clear of any exotic sounding names but even then a few manage to make it through. I'm a PhD from Germany working in a US school btw.
The only thing I can think of is get a swath of people to apply for positions. The first wave you can sift through easily like you stated and decline for the ones that do not meet the requirements.
For the rest go through the normal interview process and if there are any that do not meet the qualifications then you can just let them know they were not hired for the job.
For now its still pretty easy keeping a clean company, unless your in a large company that has diversity quotas.
Matthew Turner
It isn't the current administration. it's the current mindset of my generation. So waiting for it to blow over probably won't help.
Anthony Gray
In America we have Affirmative Action. You will be forced to hire a diverse workforce or you can get sued.

>I'm not a racist >How can I avoid hiring any brown people at my business >not a racist >avoid hiring any brown people >racist >brown Op just say you are racist, this is an anonymous website and 90% of the people that reply to this thread are racists, as well

Shouldn't be a problem at all. 10 people is no problem at all. I think over here its 25 people hired that you start getting nigfirmative auctioned. It could be a coincidence that you hired 10 whites. You still have to interview them and play nice, but just dont hire them. They are shitty employees anyways.

Sounds more like he is trying to avoid the drama that comes with our current political climate and the wreckage it can cause to people caught up in it. People have their whole lives ruined for a misinterpreted Twitter post these days. I don't blame him.

>I'm not a racist but If you have to start a sentence with this, you are.
Landon Diaz
That's illegal and I'm going to laugh my ass off when you get busted.
Christian Hughes
Verify market trends and check online what most browns are good at and what they lack and then specifically ignore what they are good at and add the difficult stuff in the job requirements. I know that feel bro.
Alternatively, ask for them to complete an impossible exercise. They tend to give up or write non-sense.
Luke Smith
Lie.
I've hired a number of people over the years. Oddly enough, I've never had a nig apply. But you can't employ them. Better to be sued and pay the dough for discrimination than subject your outfit to the damage a pack of nigs can do.
Caleb Russell
>I would just like to prevent any undue animosity at the workplace How is that related to skin colour?
Jordan Reyes
Cuz darkies want to be treated like everyone else and that causes drama
Josiah Scott
Hey there, Jow Forums.
Evan Cook
>subject your outfit to the damage a pack of nigs can do. Why do you think that has any significant chance of happening?
Daniel Peterson
He doesn't want #blm shit up in his workplace and niggs always bugging What's the problem here, he stated his case firmly, if you want to bash nignogs for being nignogs then And you just need to go the fuck to
Elijah Perez
>hiring any brown people at my business? "functional examinations" Since IQ tests are "racist" you can't use them, but you are allowed to give written tests that directly relate to the job at hand. For example, a US Forest Service test includes questions like "what is a Pulaski and how is it used?" People who've never done any real outdoor work can't answer it, and anyone that can't spell or write complete sentences can be eliminated also.

How is this even better than diversity quota? In group favoritism is no better than out group favoritism.
Christopher Powell
>In group favoritism is no better It is however much more productive
Colton Martin
It’s not morally right. Which means, sane rational people will find out and avoid working in your company or buying your products. Companies do things that are morally correct, for profit too. People are racist and deep down we all want to hurt some certain people, but you need to be rational in order to survive.
If you believe in truth, you should also believe that people will find out about how in group favoritistic you are. And the market will do the fair judgement. The market is a jungle and no amount of ethnostate power should save you.
Do you think Tim Cook honestly love black people? Don’t be naive.
Ryan Murphy
>niggs always bugging That's false. He could try to find out the political views of potential employees rather than make assumptions based only on skin colour.
Jaxon Garcia
make the interview by phone or skype without a camera if anyone asks why you don't hire niggers you just say you can't even tell the race you're hiring because you do it over the phone/skype and that you have no idea what they look like because of your hiring process
Henry Brooks
Doubt these PC laws apply to such a small business. Hell, not even sure if OSHA applies.
Owen Butler
I don’t know how this is a problem to begin with. There has been nothing wrong with hiring colored people, and the blame wasn’t put on the skin color itself. People just found out how some companies keep colored workers no matter how bad they are at work, and that’s the issue. And the market can smell that, that’s why they attack some certain companies for that.
If you hire purely based on meritocracy, I don’t think the market will misinterpret your company. Seems like you don’t even believe in honesty. Learn to believe in the power of your own honesty. If you hire based solely on merit, it will show and people will respect you accordingly. Just trust the market and yourself. You’re being too insecure now.

shit like this is probably why i'm gonna legally change my name to an anglo-name and prob get a nosejob to be white passing
Jason Diaz
To avoid suspicion? Hire temps, and have the, work away from other employees.
