There is officially no evidence that Flynn lied about anything, but the 302's that have been provided appear to actually exonerate Flynn. Text messages from McCabe show the 302's were edited and pre-approved, which is illegal. If Flynn pled guilty due to duress (life turned upside down by FBI and a dozen special prosecutes with an unlimited budget threatening to bankrupt you) then his guilty plea can be invalidated. Ironically his plea deal would remain in place due to double jeopordy.
