I believe Jesus said to turn the other cheek specifically when one slaps you, meaning when one annoys you or wants to get under your skin or humiliate you you should simply "agree and amplify" and be imune to other's peoples provocations and keep a strong frame of your own.

First, the OT is not about "Jewish supremacy". The true Israel is the Church as Paul makes clear in Roman's 9, and so when God is working through Israel in the Old Testament, he is working for the good of those elect saints. Any benefit received by Jews who were not elect in the Old Testament was done as really a secondary result of God's desire to bless his church. And yes, there is an element of supremacy in the sense that God calls his people to be set apart as a royal priesthood, but not because of anything about the Jews (or Christians in the NT) that merits God's gracious favor.
As far as "cuckoldry" goes, you're fundamentally misunderstanding the providence of God. In both the Old and New Testament, God specifically says:

Furthermore, you have to understand the Bible's view of suffering something that is used by God for the refinement of his people.
