Those take time and patience. You know the worst part user? You will never know when certain friendship will turn out to be a long lasting relationship, but you need to sow a field somehow if you really want that, it can be painful because you will feel that your feelings and actions are not being returned, but when you finally get it you will feel a wholesome for having those, someone to trust and have joy with.
I know it sound obvious shit armchair shrink shit, but this is already so established that's it, there is no magic bullet for it.
