I actually really like this idea, this seems like a cool idea. At first, I think it'd be uncomfortable as someone that's generally an introvert, but at the sametime, I think the social aspect of it would also be super /comfy/. This could work with your friends or people you know pretty well, or at least people who are all like-minded. I mean, for most of humanity we all lived in small, close knit villages, this is not so different from that.

Not even mad, those look /comfy/. I've stayed in a lot of hostels and usually it's a shitty metal squeaking bunkbed with not so much as a curtain for privacy and springs you can feel in your back. You have there five solid wooden walls that look thicc as fuark AND a curtain, and those mattresses look nice for a hostel bed.
If I were living and working in a city and wanted to stack cash by living cheap, I'd totally live there for like 6 months if the price were right.
For what they are they're kinda overpriced, but the free market could fix that. If it had a locking chest for storing your shit and a few more bathrooms it would be 10/10.
