HOW THE FUCK DO WE STOP GETTING FATTER!? THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!!!!!!!!!!
the weight of the average adult man was 189.4 pounds, but from 2015 to 2016, that average weight had ballooned to 197.9 pounds. The average adult woman was 163.8 pounds from 1999 to 2000, but 170.6 pounds from 2015 to 2016. Both men and women saw their waistline increase by more than an inch since 1999 as well, with men now sporting an average 40.2 inch waistline and women having a 38.6 inch waistline!
Do something with your life you worthless jew. Im 5'8" and 260 lbs, and work outside year round. It reaches up to -40+ with the windchill here and im just fine with it. Winter is the great equalizer. You niggers dont work enough is all.
Chase Davis
>Im 5'8" When will they learn???
Cooper Bennett
Stop eating sugar and carbs you fat FUCKS. And go outside at least once a day.
Michael Bell
Diet. Too many processed foods. Just get raw ingredients and cook something. Also weightlifting. We rarely lift weight in our jobs.
Ryder Morales
It's all this. Srsly, it's not fucking rocket science. Protip: alcohol is sugar. Stop trying to drink away your misery.
Asher Robinson
It's the alkalizing minerals added to 500ml bottled water bottles dissolving the plastic and fucking with our thyroid hormones.
Connor Jenkins
How the fuck are you that fat and short? My fattest was 250lbs and I'm 6'3". I felt like a total fat shit too. Jesus how do you walk around carrying that?

Require anyone offered a job (either new starter or promotion) by the government to possess a healthy BMI (with exclusions for those who have tipped the scale due to muscle, and for those on disabilities).
Also state that those seeking gibs from the government must also meet this standard.
Aaron Russell
How do you do that, George?
Asher Sanders
> Height: 5 feet, 8 inches
> Weight: 260 pounds
> Your BMI is 39.5, indicating your weight is in the Obese category for adults of your height.
> For your height, a normal weight range would be from 122 to 164 pounds.
> People who are overweight or obese are at higher risk for chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.
> Anyone who is overweight should try to avoid gaining additional weight. Additionally, if you are overweight with other risk factors (such as high LDL cholesterol, low HDL cholesterol, or high blood pressure), you should try to lose weight. Even a small weight loss (just 10% of your current weight) may help lower the risk of disease. Talk with your healthcare provider to determine appropriate ways to lose weight.

What if the real reason for this is that more men are lifting weights?
Carson Gonzalez
Odd weight goes up as white pop percent goes down.
oh you have to be fucking kidding make puree kale/spinac+banana+fruit+protein smoothies and work out. This country makes me so fucking angry im about to chimp out solo
BMI isnt the be all end all however in that dude's case it's justified to use. I'm considered obese at 6'3" and 221lbs but I'm a powerlifter and my body fat % is no where close.
Dominic Nguyen
This. It would be like if if the whole nation of Denmark moved to Japan and someone wrote an article says the Japanese are getting taller.
Connor Lopez
BMI is applicable for 90% of the population.
Jaxon Powell
>i-it's all muscle brah! Cope
Henry Williams
>average female >170 lbs This right here is why attractive women are becoming scarce.
Parker Torres
Less walking, more transportation. Less lifting, more machines. More added sugar and fats. Less fiber, fruits and vegetables. Less sports, more TV/Netflix and gaming. Rarely do I see parents playing outside with their kids.
