A company owned by a foreign government which appears to be locked in a fierce battle with Special Counsel Robert Mueller has taken their case to the Supreme Court, according to a new legal filing presented Saturday to Chief Justice John Roberts.
The unidentified firm has asked the Supreme Court to block Mueller from obtaining records through a subpoena after a federal appeals court turned down the company's effort to block the court ordered release of documents.
The court's public docket has offered few clues - containing no information on the parties or their attorneys. Tuesday, however, a three-page order revealed that the witness fighting the subpoena is a corporation owned by a foreign state.

Isn't this old news? Mueller indicted a random Russian company and was shocked when they actually presented a lawyer to defend themselves. This caused Mueller to go full-sperg and beg the judge for a delay to the trial HE ORDERED because he didn't have enough evidence.
Mueller also brought a prosecutor who the judge notes as having began to cry once the judge took a harsh tone with their retardation

The other clear reason DB is the player in this is Trump owed 400 million to DB prior to the election but little known fact is DB has lent an addition 500 million to his organization SINCE the election.
What if the corporation in question actually is "owned" by the foreign government through layers of technicality, or CNN is simply drawing this conclusion on their own based on what little info they have and it's essentially an assumption?
