In terms of housing, jobs and women, it's the same as everywhere else in the developed world: if you want a nice detached house for a decent price, you need to go to a part of the country where there are no young women or jobs. If you want access to jobs and young women, you need to settle for a small terraced house at an inflated price (and if you go rental, there's a 5-15 year waiting list).

In terms of multiculturalism, it's also the same as everywhere else: you're going to see a lot of minorities, especially around the cities.
