The main difference is that nationalist capitalism seeks to maximize the prosperity of it's own people ( by running a country like a family business ), in that case it's better to have men compete with each other ( for women ) to maximize their productivity than have men and women both working resulting in less long term productivity and offspring. Everyone has their specialized role in society and as such profits can be maximized.
