The bots on Twitter are a result of raw conversation and content from Jow Forums being converted into packaged content by Reddit and then distributed. Someone on Jow Forums said "hey about the offshore bank account", then someone took that to Reddit and said "there is an offshore bank account" and then that got fed to the bots.
