It's important that you understand yourself enough to realize if you didn't have sex with this girl because you genuinely thought she isn't the one you want to do it with, or if you just felt scared and then you tried to come up with other reasons that would spare your ego. Everyone is nervous and kind of scared the first time. Especially guys have a sort of performance anxiety. But you need to jump into the cold water and realize that it's not a big deal.
