Would countries like Mexico or Paraguay be rich, developed first world Countries like America or Canada if they were British colonies and not Spanish Colonies? It seems to me that the Anglos are very experienced at building a stable, well governed society(the UK holds the record as the oldest continuous government on planet Earth, America(A British colony) is number two). Meanwhile the Spaniards were dirt poor and suddenly "won the lottery"(Discovered the Americas). They had no experience managing money or building a successful government. The Anglos already were rich and had plenty of experience building a successful government before they colonized the Americas.

I've been on trips to both Argentina and Chile. I thank God everyday I was born in Canada and not those countries. Shittier in every way possible. Definitely not first world or Western, 2nd world at best. If you have enough money, you can get a shitty knockoff of Canadian living standards that is worse in Quality and higher in price. Heavy corruption Anywhere I went that was very obvious. Potholes in the roads etc.

I saw plenty of lightskinned mestizos(look identical to Mexican Mestizo but they had light brown skin instead of dark brown) with blue eyes. But no actual white Germans. the problem is in northern countries you have to work a lot harder to survive. In southern countries fruits and vegetables grow very easily and cattle can be maintained easily too.
