Isn’t the trend from 140 million people down to 50 million literally the best thing that could happen to Japan? A decreasing population means all that debt that the governments have been gaining, effectively taking money from the future, can't be repaid. Humans can be 'mass reproduced' in special communities, where women are paid to be mothers. The corporation would ensure that the children born are free of defects and of high quality. And they will be raised and educated in these communities as well.
