yes but unironically

I can guess it's a gloss over why so many "management" drugs have come out recently. who cares about cures when you can sell subscriptions

There is nothing more surreal then to go through life sober and look around and think that half the people you interact with on a day to day basis are literally high on some kind of socially sanctioned drug of some kind

>who cares about cures when you can sell subscriptions
It's that and the "report" warns that if you cure infectious diseases like HIV/AIDs you lower the pool of potential future customers. Literally the eradication of contagious polio was a awful business for the job creators in the iron lung industry.

More crime controlled? No.
More money and more deceit? Yes.
Long term stick? Fuhgetaboutemboth

You can cure AIDs without drugs, all you need is some rope.

Both are equally jewish and corrupt.

No, Bug Pharma saved me

Sadly, I think that big pharma is more evil than the oil industry. The pharmacutecal companies have the power to cure most ailments known to man. Whereas the oil industry is just too fucking autistic to get their heads out of their owns asses and realize that they are in a position to corner the new market on what comes next as far as mass transportation goes

Except this all takes coordinated long-term thinking, which everyone seems to accuse corporations of being unable to do. The first supplier of a cure for cancer or aids will take the market by a landslide. The CEO who oversees this will have a bonus in the tens of billions, and then retire along with the rest of the board. There is little incentive within the corporate structure to think long term, especially with such a treasure dangling in front of you.

The problem with medicine is regulation. It imposes billion dollar plus costs just to bring something to market. Trying to make cures as opposed to ongoing treatments, and trying to treat rare diseases as opposed to very common diseases, will simply bankrupt your company and then no one gets anything at all. The regulation was designed not to protect customers and deliver more effective treatments, it was designed to protect the largest incumbents and keep everyone dependent.
The reality is that in vitro tests and animal studies are plenty to establish safety and efficacy the vast majority of the time. Demanding human trials (and that human trials be replicated under your jurisdiction -- FDA will unconditonally reject studies done in EU or India or what have you) is what keeps birth control hormones making billions while dirt cheap solutions like Vasalgel remain in regulatory limbo.

>and then retire along with the rest of the board.
Permanently, because he'll be killed before it goes to market.
The free market is a meme.

Yes. Anti depression and anti anxiety medications are poisons. So are SSRI/MAOI's.

Thats the cringiest cartoon ive ever seen

By whom? Rival corporate assassins?

At least oil does what it is advertised.

Fraud is rampant in India. They consistently fail at anything related to data integrity.

I would trust an African medicine man before anything from India.

An economist would say 'no'.

But I will say yes, Pharma is more evil. When you hold the power of life or death over someone and you are willing to take them for every penny they own by holding that cure over them - well that's evil.

An economist would say, 'that is what the market will bare."

It's not just Pharma. It's assisted living, nursing homes, late life lawyers, etc.

Stop taking medicine if you hate them so much

Stop watching Hollywood movies

I've unironically thought about taking out all the execs responsible for the opioid epedemic. They will never be held accountable.
One man with a rifle can do the job.

Never forget. It's always the kikes.

This. They could cure almost everything, but they refuse too because they are greedy.

I'm guessing it's why the West is so hated

if this was even remotely accurate why aren't third world shitholes medical paradises that westerners travel en masse to just for advanced and budget friendly medical treatments
